Hartley Fowler Newsletter – December 2020
As 2020 draws to a close, we reflect back on an eventful and tumultous year.
First and foremost, we hope that you and your loved ones are keeping well and staying positive. We know that times have been tough for some of our business owner clients, and will likely continue to be for a while to come.
Whilst nobody knows what’s around the corner, we want to finish the year on an optimistic note and and share some positives that we have taken from this year:
- Often being the first point of contact for our clients when it came to advice on how to keep their business going meant that we have been able to get a more in depth insight into their business and develop stronger relationships.
- The increased use of digital platforms and video conferencing technology has enabled us to attract and onboard new clients from a wider geographical area, as far as Australia.
We wish you all a peaceful and restful Christmas period and look forward to working with you in 2021. Thank you for your support in 2020.
