Complaints Procedure

If at any time you would like to discuss with us how our service to you could be improved, or if you are dissatisfied with the service you are receiving, please let us know by contacting your Engagement Partner.

Fees

Our fees are computed on the basis of time spent on your affairs by the principals and our staff, and on the levels of skill and responsibility involved. For compliance matters, we are happy to provide fixed fee quotes wherever possible.

Our terms relating to payment of amounts invoiced and not covered by standing orders, where appropriate, are strictly 30 days net. Interest and compensation for recovery costs may be charged on all overdue debts at the recommended rate, which is currently the Bank of England base rate plus 8%, or at the rate for the time being applicable under the Late Payment of Commercial Debts (Interest) Act 1998, and the Late Payment of Commercial Debts Regulations 2002, whichever is the higher.

Applicable Law

English law is applicable, with the Courts of England having exclusive jurisdiction in relation to any claim, dispute or difference concerning the services and any matter arising therefrom.
